How many days does it take to get my order?

All orders are processed and shipped from Cali.

Orders placed Monday – Friday before 12pm EST will be processed same day

Orders placed Monday – Friday after 12pm Will be processed next day

Orders placed Friday after 12pm EST through the weekend will be processed the next business day, Monday.

EMMA PILLS do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

We ship all international packages via Passport Shipping that is then delivered to you through your local carrier. The shipping cost can vary depending on your location. Once you have entered in your location through our checkout page, the shipping fee will be displayed with any custom and duty tax prior to finalizing your order. Due to your location, shipping fees vary.

All PREORDERS are paid in full at the time of purchase. Your order will ship within the window provided. Pre-Orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?

Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and under.

What is your return policy?

We offer our PARTY PPL exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date, with the exception of all earrings which are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. Return postage is at the cost of the consumer if outside of USA

All exchanges will receive an:

Emma Pills store credit and $10 off your order if you exchange within the same day.
Store credit you can save for later that’s equal to what you originally paid.
There are only a couple exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Sale items are final unless there’s a major fault with the item in this case you will be able to receive a credit.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Wipe with a soft cloth.
Do not expose to water or harsh chemicals.
The beauty of enamel is that it’s essentially glass, it's prone to chipping if handled roughly so store in the Emma PILLS containers and handle with love.

What materials are EMMA PILLS jewellery made with?

Emma Pills party pieces are designed in Australia and made from mixed metals, gold plated bases and hand painted enamel around the world.
Gold is 14k gold plated.
All of my crystals and stones are hand-picked specifically for all our pieces.
My earrings are made for sensitive ears and all earrings are sold as a pair.

What are Emma Pills bottles made from?

Emma pills pop bottles are recyclable
They are made from a class 5 plastic and are fully recyclable but ..
They are not meant for single use but designed to store your jewellery - not only EMMA PILLS in an air tight bottle - like a reusable food storage container
