Refund policy
Want to exchange your Pills? We offer our PARTY PPL exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date, with the exception of all earrings which are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at returns.shopemmapills.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return postage is at the cost of the consumer if outside of the USA.

Please allow 3-5 business days, after the order has been delivered for your store credit or exchange to be processed. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our criteria.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items are final unless there’s a major fault with the item in this case you will be able to receive a store credit. You can always contact us for any questions at https://emmapills.loopreturns.com/.
Earrings are non returnable unless there's a major issue or fault.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind but will issue a store credit once the original item purchased is returned as above. All sale items are FINAL SALE, there will be no returns, refunds, exchanges or credit notes accepted for any item bought on sale season this includes BFCM.
Repair Policy
We may repair damaged merchandise within 30 days of purchase. If the repair is authorized, shipping instructions will be provided.
