Our jewelry is 14kt-18kt gold plated  and/or Rhodium Electroplated. Each item was carefully designed and made by our team at Emma Pills. All metals are recycled & ethically sourced. 

Many of our pieces are created from mixed metals as well as hand painted enamel and ethically sourced crystals, stones and other delicate materials so please follow instructions to care for your pills.

We are committed to producing top quality jewelry with superior plating thickness. However, please avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, hand sanitisers, soaps, and other fragrance products. 

Jewelry repairs will be based on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for improper jewelry care. 

To ensure your Pills last a lifetime, 

Limit exposure to water, perfume, soaps, hand sanitizers, sunscreen, lotion and hairstyling products as they may cause tarnishing.

Avoid contact with water when possible, and or keep your Emma Pills dry and high.

Store pieces separately and we advise to hang thin chain necklaces to avoid tangling.

Wipe clean with a soft cloth, and do not use conventional fine jewelry cleaner.

Please note - Loss of color or shine can naturally occur from certain skin PH levels.

Economy USPS ($12 USD free over all orders over $100 USD): allow 5-8 business days.

Express UPS ($15 USD rate applies): allow 1-2 business days.

During our sale season, all products discounted or marked down cannot be exchanged or returned.

Due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be exchanged or returned, unless faulty.
