Please allow 1-2 business days for your orders to be shipped.
We are not responsible for lost/damaged items that may occur during transit. Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address; once proof of delivery is provided, we are no longer responsible for the whereabouts of your package.
International policy
Orders outside of the USA and Australia may incur customs fees upon arrival to the destination. If they exceed free trade agreements, customers will be contacted via the shipping service to pay these dues in order to receive the package.
We are not responsible for any customs fees upon arrival.

Economy USPS: $12 USD (free for all orders over $150 USD). Allow 5-8 business days.
Express UPS: $15 USD. Allow 1-2 business days.
Australia
Australia Post: Next day shipping from Sydney If ordered by 1pm. ($13 AUD). Free shipping from Sydney on all orders over $150 AUD.
Passport Shipping (economy option): $27 USD (free for all orders over $150 USD). Allow 6-12 days.
Express International UPS: $31 USD. Allow 1-5 days.
UK
Passport Shipping (economy option): starts at $10 USD. Allow 6-12 days. The precise price and estimated delivery time will be calculated at the checkout.
Express International UPS: $50 USD. Allow 1-5 days.
Other Countries
Passport Shipping (economy option): starts at $10 USD. Allow 5-18 days. The precise price and estimated delivery time will be calculated at the checkout.

All PREORDERS are paid in full at the time of purchase. Your order will ship within the window provided. Pre-orders cannot be changed or canceled. All sales are final.
